Grievance Redressal

Per the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Filing a grievance

If you have a complaint regarding any product purchased from Sengllea, the content of the Website, or any other matter relating to our service, you may file a grievance with our designated Grievance Officer.

2. Information to include

To enable a prompt resolution, please include the following in your grievance:

  • Your full name and registered mobile number.
  • Order number (if the grievance relates to a specific order).
  • A clear description of the issue, with any relevant photographs.
  • Any prior communication you have had with our customer-care team on the matter.
  • The resolution you are seeking — refund, replacement, response, or other.

3. Resolution timeline

I.

Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours of receipt and provide a reference number.

II.

Investigation

The Grievance Officer will personally review the matter and revert with an action plan within 7 days.

III.

Resolution

Final resolution will be communicated within 15 days of receipt of the grievance, in accordance with the IT Rules, 2021.

4. Escalation

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within fifteen days, you may escalate it to:

  • National Consumer Helpline (Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India): 1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in.
  • Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, District / State / National, per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • For data-protection grievances, the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Anonymity & data handling

Grievances are reviewed in confidence. Personal data shared with the Grievance Officer is used only to investigate and resolve the matter, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing law

Any grievance and its resolution are subject to the laws of India. Any judicial dispute arising in connection with a grievance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bihar10ABUCS1071P1ZX.
